At the other end, 795k square foot warehouses saw low 1.3% vacancy given rising demand for extra-large distribution centers, with over 10 million SF absorbed in this size range over the last 2 years.

Meanwhile, trailer parking most recently reported 1.7% overall vacancy across the Inland Empire, and rents for trailer storage have escalated to over $100 per space per month to accommodate increasing freight volumes.
