Founder of CH Realty Partners, Philip is an accomplished senior executive and leader in the real estate industry with over 35 years of experience. Philip was the former President of Boeing Realty Corporation, the world’s largest industrial manufacturing company. At Boeing he oversaw the company’s $9 billion real estate portfolio which consisted of over 120 million square feet globally. Additionally, he led alternative investments, real estate development, and real estate strategies.  He managed Boeing’s headquarters relocation to Chicago, new site relocation for the 787-airliner program to Charleston, SC, moved the space shuttle program to Huntsville / Decatur, Al., and facilitated rightsizing efforts of the aerospace consolidation of merger of McDonnell Douglas, Hughes, Rockwell and Boeing.

During the financial crisis, he was Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal acting as CEO of Lehman Brothers Holdings $40B real estate asset management.  Previously, Philip has had active leadership roles at real estate operating companies as CEO of a public company GenCorp RE, Managing Partner at Monday Properties, CEO of Laurus Corporation and Cyburt Holdings LLC.

Philip has been instrumental in real estate transactions totaling over $10B. He is a visionary with expertise in finance, acquisitions, development, portfolio management and complex project leadership. His experience entails driving profitability for his investors while providing the best opportunities in the various markets he is active in and balance risk and returns accordingly.
